I have been in this amazing work with Adam, Fanny, Colin and Joanna for about 20 years now and it supports, challenges and enriches my life, for which I feel profound gratitude. I love to share what I have learnt and witnessing the empowerment it gives is a privilege and a joy.

I also bring my varied life experiences, which have expanded my empathy and capacity to be with difficulty and to listen to a deeper wisdom. I want this work to be affordable, so pay what you can between £25 and £10.
